This article examines the Legal pluralism of divorce in Aceh, even though government has regulated laws that apply nationally. However, Ulama Consultative Assembly (MPU) Aceh Has issued a fatwa whose legal substance was different from regulations made by government, coupled with conditions for Acehnese people who are fanatical to school (mazhab) Shafi'i which is theoretically law Indonesia. type research doctrinal approach. aims analyze dynamics society. The results show there three kinds normatively and sociologically namely fikih munakat, state law, each its own concept regarding divorce.
